I brought a inexpensive yet sentimental piece to Karen and Rod and they treated it as if it was worth thousands of dollars. Upon picking it up I actually got a little teary because of the care with which they treated it and how beautifully it turned out.
I went in with nothing more than a picture on a DVD from my wedding. I wanted the picture printed and framed as an anniversary gift to my wife, but otherwise I had no idea what I was wanting. The final product was perfect! No complaints.
