I went in with nothing more than a picture on a DVD from my wedding. I wanted the picture printed and framed as an anniversary gift to my wife, but otherwise I had no idea what I was wanting. The final product was perfect! No complaints.

My boyfriend goes here every few months to get things framed. It's a mom and pop shop. For a gift I can always pick him up a gift card here, so that's pretty convenient for me. My boyfriend loves the frame jobs he's gotten here.
